WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

If you wish to process a return you have within 15 days after receiving your order to ship back for a refund since we don't offer exchanges. Simply make sure products are in original and unused conditions and ship back with invoice and note requesting a reimbursement. Once we receive returns we process once a week and send an email confirmation. All Returns require a 20% restocking fee for return merchandise value, no exceptions. Customers are responsible for all associated return fees. Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal, shipping will not be refunded.

HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

Please allow 15 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.


DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

Damaged items MUST be reported to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout. 


UNDELIVERED/ MISSING PACKAGES BY DELIVERY COURIERS

Undelivered packages MUST be reported to [email protected] within 15 days from the day you placed your order. Once the order is confirmed lost by the courier service, we will process a refund within 15 days. The refund will be the total cost of the items minus the original shipping cost.

Any undelivered packages reported after the 15 days period will not be entitled for any refund. Please understand that this is the time frame given by the courier services for any undelivered/ missing parcels or they will not entertain our claim request.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Due to our short fulfillment times, please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
